Position : Centre Manager
Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
: Relevant experience 2-3 yrs
Role/Responsibility : • Developing and executing plans for business development. • Executing local level brand building. • Generating enquiries for courses. • Facilitating target conversions. • Ensure the branding of the centre complies with the organization’s policy. • Regular interaction with existing students to enhance good customer relationship; care for active students and servicing their needs and complaints. • Propose, get approved and achieve the monthly targets of the centre. • Review Centre expenditure and achieve cost savings where possible, whilst maintaining high standards of service and presentation. • Set targets for other team members at the centre, and facilitate their respective achievement. • Evaluate budgets, expenses, return on investment and other financial aspects of the Centre and optimize profitability. • Manage all team members at the Centre and motivate them for high performance levels across functions. • Support preparation of MIS Reports to facilitate informed decision making and to review the actual performance of each function at the centre as against the decided targets. Preparation of Sales, Financial, Non-Financial and other MIS for internal stakeholders like the Zonal Mgr, Accounts, HR and Operations.

Position : Franchise Support Manager
Qualifications : Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience
: Relevant experience2 -3 years
Role/Responsibility : • Preparing revenue stream with projections for the Franchisee centre. • Develop strategy for business development, seek approval from top management & execute as per timelines. • Develop local level brand building campaigns, seek senior management approval and execute. • Achieve collections targets from Franchise centre. • Work with Franchisee centre to facilitate smooth operations and financial dealings. • Support Franchisee centre to increase their business. • Evaluate budgets, expenses, return on investment and other financial aspects for each franchisee and optimize profitability. • Train the marketing executives, FOC, Counselor of the Franchisee. • Franchisee relationship building and escalation of Franchisee’s grievances to TM. • Submit MIS reports to facilitate informed decision making and to review the actual performance of each Franchisee centre as against the budgets. Position : Business Development Executive
Qualifications : Graduate
Experience
: 0 to 5 years
Role/Responsibility : • Executing local level brand building including hoardings, posters, banners, kiosks, panels, leaflets, etc. • Conducting road shows, canopy exercises. • Going for house calls. • Facilitating target conversions. • Collecting database of potential customers and providing to Centre Manager for telecalling. • Achieve the weekly and monthly targets of business, enquiries, and admissions. • Submit daily, weekly & monthly report on sales activities
