• Preparing revenue stream with projections for the Franchisee centre.
• Develop strategy for business development, seek approval from top management & execute as per timelines.
• Develop local level brand building campaigns, seek senior management approval and execute.
• Achieve collections targets from Franchise centre.
• Work with Franchisee centre to facilitate smooth operations and financial dealings.
• Support Franchisee centre to increase their business.
• Evaluate budgets, expenses, return on investment and other financial aspects for each franchisee and optimize profitability.
• Train the marketing executives, FOC, Counselor of the Franchisee.
• Franchisee relationship building and escalation of Franchisee’s grievances to TM.
• Submit MIS reports to facilitate informed decision making and to review the actual performance of each Franchisee centre as against the budgets. Preparation of Sales, Financial, Non-Financial and other MIS for internal stakeholders like the TM, ZM, and senior management
