IIJT (Indian Institute of job-oriented Training) is now clearly, India’s benchmark institute offering variety of career oriented courses be it in retail, or investments or others. However, its flagship course‘CBA’ (Complete Business Accountant stands a league apart with its prestigious tie up with Cambridge International Examination (CIE).
University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) is part of Cambridge Assessment, a not-for-profit organization and a department of the University of Cambridge. Every year, millions of students are entered for CIE examinations – including the International GCSE, O level and Cambridge Pre-U-in over 150 different countries.
In addition to its portfolio of qualifications, CIE offers established, successful training providers a seal of approval for their programmers and courses, giving students and their parents and of course their future employers the quality assurances they demand.
Following a successful evaluation of course material and assessments, CIE has agreed to validate IIJT’s flagship CBA programme, which offers excellent finance and accountants training. This process will involve continual monitoring by which CIE will ensure that quality standards are maintained, and that students are provided with the most appropriate forms of assessment. CIE will also quality assure IIJT’s academic systems, ensuring that administration meets the expected standards of international best practice. Students who meet the programmes’ assessment criteria and pass their award will receive a CIE certificate, printed in Cambridge and bearing the logos of both IIJT and CIE. This will give graduates a distinct edge when it comes to landing jobs with over 500 companies, IIJT has tie-ups with in India.
Says Udoka Ogbue, CIE’s Validation Manager. “We see much merit in the CBA programme, which is clearly meeting a niche market in the Indian economy. Setting high academic and assessment standards and providing CBA graduate with a job guarantee and lifelong assistance, IIJT is attracting good, well motivated students in large number and is CIE’s chosen partner in the field.”
Sri Yasawant Sinha, Hony. Chairman of IIJT and ex union finance minister says, “In the changing world order, let us not keep cursing the darkness of unemployment, instead let us light the candle of hope, the hope of employability”. This is truly the mission for which IIJT stands.
Mr. Devesh Srivastava the CEO of IIJT says, “The Cambridge University brings with its banner unflinching credibility and rich experience and expertise in the field of education. The tie up with CIE will also assist the streamlining of the training process and help us maintain better vigil on the learning objective/outcome co-relation.” Mr. Srivastava also feels “…this would get our students better recognition within and outside India”.
Excellent environment to advance infrastructure and from well designed course curriculum to hands on work experience and from latest updates on core subjects to soft skills training, the students of IIJT get it all. As a result they are sought after by Industry already-more so when the CBA certificate carries the logo of Cambridge as well.
