Placement Support from TeamLease:
IIJT’s students can now leverage TeamLease’s efficient placement mechanisms to get their careers off the ground. They will be plugged into an employment ecosystem that presents the potential to be placed with one of more than 1200 client organisations. In addition to this, they will also have access to all current job openings across the country.
Research Support from TeamLease:
The IIJT-TeamLease partnership also clears the way for more effective program development. Using insights generated by the TeamLease National Employment Framework (TNEF), IIJT designs courses that get to the core of what employers seek in those that they employ. TNEF is a detailed analysis of sector-specific jobs and the responsibilities associated with these that is used to derive profiles of ideal candidates.
India Labour Report 2009: Download
Much of India's demographic dividend will occur in states with backward labour
market ecosystems. Between 2010 and 2020, the states of UP, Bihar and MP will
account for 40% of the increase in 15-59 year olds but only 10% of the increase in
income. During the same period Maharashtra, Gujrat, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh
will account for 45% of the increase in GDP but less than 20% of the addition to the
total workforce.
The 2009 India Labour Report takes a deeper look at the geographic mismatch and
culminates with a ranking of Indian states by labour ecosystem. This ranking was
last done in 2006 and the top states this time - Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and
Maharashtra. This is the first joint research report being released by TeamLease and

Faculty:
The IIJT training model places a huge premium on practical components. Case studies, workshops, and other forms of hands-on learning are a big part of the IIJT classroom experience. And delivering this experience is IIJT’s carefully screened faculty which brings a unique blend of industry experience and instructional ability to the table. Drawing from their knowledge of strategic and operational issues in business, faculty members are able to craft lessons that truly reflect real-life scenarios.
Assessments:
Aptitude tests administered by IIJT before a student enrols in a program provide valuable insight into his or her strengths. The results are used to counsel students and to direct them to programs that best fit their abilities.
Infrastructure:
Each IIJT centre is a spacious facility with an atmosphere that is conducive to learning and instruction. These include libraries stocked with the latest in study materials and books, as well as individual access to computer facilities.
