Following a successful evaluation of course material and assessments, CIE has agreed to validate IIJT’s flagship CBA programme, which offers excellent finance and accountants training. This process will involve continual monitoring by which CIE will ensure that quality standards are maintained, and that students are provided with the most appropriate forms of assessment. CIE will also quality assure IIJT’s academic systems, ensuring that administration meets the expected standards of international best practice. Students who meet the programmes’ assessment criteria and pass their award will receive a CIE certificate, printed in Cambridge and bearing the logos of both IIJT and CIE. This will give graduates a distinct edge when it comes to landing jobs with over 500 companies, IIJT has tie-ups with in India.

Inaugurated on 17th April 2006 by its Hony. Chairman Sri Yasawant Sinha, the former Finance Minister, IIJT, today operates through almost 250+ academic centre spread across the country. Within a year and a half it has successfully placed more than two thousand students, and has registered a student body of more then 10,000. The emphasis of its training and education is, true to life work experience with full exposure to different accounting packages and on line stock trading softwares were like ODIN and E-share. The trainees are essentially put under the mentorship of professional Chartered Accounts, business lawyers and Tax professionals. The candidates are given hands-on working experience of filling and filing of more then 150 forms and office documents. Although the curriculum is predominantly accounts related, IIJT goes out of the way to groom the trainees into Industry ready professionals by enriching their knowledge with a full module of soft skills training. Thus in about a year’s time, the candidate is ready to take the challenges of any accounting job.
