IIJT has made significant progress
since its inception. We have decided
to further strengthen our management
team and bring along professional
managers to take the company forward
in its journey. I am creating a new
management structure, wherein I will
now be the Chairman of the Company
and we will have a professional CEO
from corporate India. Both of us together
will continue to strengthen the organization
structure, build robust systems, detailed
processes and chart out future directions
for the organization.

to Mr Ashish Prasad who has been appointed
as our new CEO effective 23rd March
'09. He brings along extensive experience
from leading national and multinational
organizations and I am confident that
he will bring a new competitive edge
to our training business. .
Ashish
is a graduate of Indian Institute
of Management, Ahmedabad and has a
rich experience in Sales & Marketing,
P&L Management, Strategy and Business
Incubation across Consumer Products
and Retail sectors.
He
joins us from Aditya Birla Group Company
wherein he was one of their youngest
Chief Operating Officers for one of
the group companies. He has also worked
with Coca Cola India as General Manager
Operations. He managed a large team
and was responsible for end to end
business operations. His achievement
has been recognized internationally
and one of the manufacturing plants
was credited with Golden Peacock Environment
Management an award for building sustainable
development. Post his post management
education, he started his career with
Asian Paints, wherein he worked across
Sales and Brand Management Functions.
I
am confident that his coming on board
will further IIJT's aspiration to
be one of the leading professional
managed company in the Indian education
sector.
